Throughout the week, students should practice the routines and various baton twirl they learn in class.
Class Supplies Needed
A baton that fits the length of the student's arm. (Recommended brand: Starline)

About the Course
Baton Club

In this class, students will learn a variety of baton tricks and twirls that increase in difficulty as the student progresses and becomes confident with beginner twirls. These tricks and twirls will be incorporated into routines that the students will perform in the Cornerstone showcases. Students will need to supply their own baton. Closer to the start of the school year, a video will be sent that explains how to measure the student's arm for a baton.

Hi! My name is Alayna Embry and I am so excited to continue teaching at Cornerstone! I recently graduated from Cornerstone and the cosmetology course at Prosser Career Education Center and am now a licensed cosmetologist.

I have been twirling baton for 11 years and crocheting for 9 years. I am very excited to continue sharing these skills with students!

In my free time, I enjoy riding horses, playing + listening to music, reading, baton twirling, dancing, crocheting, and being outside.
