Dress Code
Cornerstone maintains a dress code to promote modesty and professionalism. Parents are responsible for ensuring their students comply. If a student is out of code, parents will be contacted.
Daily Uniform Requirements
- Pants: Solid khaki, navy, or black uniform pants. Black denim is allowed; blue denim is prohibited. No form-fitting spandex or knits. Shorts are not allowed.
- Shirts: Solid or patterned polo shirts (no offensive graphics/text) or CCE logo t-shirts. Midriffs and shoulders must remain covered.
- Outerwear: Discretionary, but must not be offensive. Hoods must remain down indoors, and the shirt underneath must meet dress code.
- Headwear: Hats are not permitted.
- Gym: Tennis shoes are required for PE classes.
Guidelines for Girls (if dresses/skirts are preferred)
- Skirts/Jumpers: Solid khaki, navy, or black. Length must be longer than the thigh.
- Leggings/Yoga Pants: May be worn only under a dress-code-compliant skirt.
Active Classes & Special Days
- Active Classes: Students in active classes (e.g., Dance, PE, Self Defense) may change into non-uniform modest clothing. However, students must change back into uniform attire immediately after class unless leaving campus. See the class description online for more details about the tutor’s guidelines.
- Dress-Down Days: Dates will be announced in advance. Clothing must be modest, without rips or holes. Glitter is never allowed on campus.
